Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

Dhikra is an offline Android app with duas, a tasbih (dhikr) counter, bookmarks, custom dhikr phrases and daily reminders. It is published by Panabotics ("we", "us"). There are no user accounts, and we do not run a server that receives your data.

2. Data stored on your device

To make the app work, the following is saved only on your device and is never uploaded by our code:

• Counts, goals, session history, bookmarks and custom dhikr phrases
• Reminder labels, times and repeat days
• Settings such as theme, text size, haptic feedback and volume-key counting

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dhikra shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your Advertising ID, IP address, and device and ad-interaction information. This data goes to Google, not to us. We do not send your dhikr data, bookmarks or reminders to Google or any advertiser.

To limit ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID, go to Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads), or visit adssettings.google.com. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with Google for advertising as described above. Your local data is kept in the app's private storage, and ad requests use HTTPS. If Android backup is turned on for your device, a copy of the app's data may be stored in your Google backup under your Google account settings.

6. Deleting your data

Since there are no accounts, your data lives on your device. You can delete individual items (reminders, bookmarks, custom dhikr) inside the app, use Settings → Reset All Counter & App Data to clear most data, or uninstall the app (or clear its storage) to remove everything, including reminders. Advertising data held by Google is managed through your Google ad settings.

7. Children's privacy

Dhikra is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. We hold no personal data about you beyond emails you send us, so most requests can be completed on your device. To make a request, contact us below.
